Welcome to my updated 2025 website! You may see a few of my paintings by clicking on the bottom link (below) called "Gallery" and there are other links with two tutorials on painting, plus a section showing how I approach a portrait.

Phil and I moved to Northbrook from Chicago in 2023 and began renovating a one story historic home purchased from the Morrison Shearer Foundation. We hope to continue in the Foundation's spirit by keeping the property as a place where artists, writers, dancers and musicians can congregate and do their work. The original landscape plan drawn up by Jens Jensen is being implemented and will complement the new painting studio soon to be built.
